• Diploma in Business or Marketing with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Possess strong communication and customer service skills with relevant experience from the hospitality or service industry
• Must be able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays

• Assist in sourcing and purchasing of all building material.
• Prepare Budgeting, Cost Analysis
• Liaise with Freight Forwarding Company on shipment arrangement
• Track shipment status and update the relevant colleagues periodically
• Inventory update

Job Requirement

• Min Diploma
• 2 years of relevant experience preferred
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Meticulous
• Good time management
• Able to work independently with min. supervision
• Able to travel to overseas for material inspection trips
• Able to work on alternate Saturday (1/2 day)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full-set accounts for our clients
• Perform timely closing of monthly & yearly accounts and preparation of GST returns
• Prepare detailed Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet
• Prepare salary listing, fixed assets register and bank reconciliations
• Prepare audit schedules for auditors

Job Requirements:

• Experience preparing full-set accounts in accounting firm
• LCCI Level 3 / ACCA / Diploma / Degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualifications
• Software guidance will be provided
• Able to start immediately
