We need candidates with the right attitude, experiences and energetic, to apply for the position of:Procurement Executive

Responsibilities:

· Timely Purchase Order placement and delivery

· Verify suppliers' invoices by matching with shipping documents and prepare timely payment

· Liaise with suppliers and Operation Department to resolve payment discrepancies.

· Daily updating of invoices and payment into accounting system (UBS)

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Words, Excel)

· Inward and Outward documents and arrangements.

· Any other duties as assigned by superior.

Requirements:

· A level , LCCI or Diploma

· Prefer candidates with experience in Construction Industry.

· Bilingual in English and Mandarin speaking in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
