Job Description:

• Analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and provide solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Develop and maintain business process models, workflows, and other relevant documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Assist in testing and validation of new systems or solutions.
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the solution meets business requirements.

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of three years of experience in a Contact Centre environment or in operations/project management is desirable
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes and coordination.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets

· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including retail partners, healthcare professionals, and individual clients.

· Organize and conduct product demonstrations/presentations to distributor/ partner

· Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and strategies.

· Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the brand.

· Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to refine strategies and achieve goals.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in sales, preferably in the health supplement, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industries.

· Diploma in business, marketing, nutrition, or a related field is preferred but not compulsory

Financial Reporting (50%)

• Provide financial information
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, yearly and/or special reports and analysis as required
• Review reports prepared by shared services centre - monthly, quarterly, yearly
• Statistic / Survey Preparation and submission
• Preparation and finalization of budget and forecasts
• Coordinate the budget and forecast processes with all departments to ensure timely submission
• Consolidation
• Assist with consolidation for (monthly, quarterly, yearly) and forecast/budget
• Prepare and post monthly consolidation adjustments
• Generate consolidation working files

Tax Reporting

Analysis (30%)

• Provide analysis of KPIs including but not limited to all areas of operating expenses, capital expenditures and balance sheet position
• Perform performance analytics on actual vs budget/forecast reports, variances analysis

Treasury (20%)

• Assist with monitoring of Singapore’s Group cashflow.
• Prepare treasury reports, e.g. daily and monthly cash report
• Prepare quarterly cashflow projection
• Assist in ad-hoc treasury related projects.

• Assist with settlement of commission invoices from Brokers
• Communicate all payments to owners/brokers/charterers/internal businesses etc
• Track and allocate incoming funds
• Assist with monthly reconciliation of accounts
• Consolidated monthly insurance declaration
• Creation/updating of master data
• Generate reports and/or read system-generated reports

Requirements:

• Proficient with Microsoft Office
