An F&B Executive is responsible for:

• The F&B Executive will report to the (Assistant) Restaurant Manager/ Assistant General Manager.
• Provides exceptional service at all times, looking for ways to exceed guest expectations.
• Ensure that all standard procedures, rules, and regulations, quality of service and sequence of service are highly implemented.
• Abide by all rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the company.

Job Requirements:
Academic Education and Work Experience:
1. Preferably degree with at least 3 - 6 years of relevant work experience, including in a supervisory position, within a customer-focused environment, preferably in an education setting
2. Understanding of frontline customer/call centre operations, with knowledge of customer service and enquiry-handling processes
3. Bilingual with good command of spoken and written English
4. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software

The Marketing Executive research content and consumer trends, develop content strategies, and create content for a variety of businesses in digital media. They work closely with design and marketing teams to ensure that the content is engaging and consistent across all media platforms.
