We are looking for an Operations Executive to join our fast growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the daily operational activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across various functions, including inventory management, store operations, logistics, and customer service. This role involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners to optimize processes, enhance the customer experience, and achieve organizational goals

You will also be responsible for:

• Operational Support:
  Assist in managing daily operations across retail stores and online channels to ensure consistent and efficient execution.
  Coordinate with store teams to address operational issues, including staffing, inventory, and customer service challenges.
  Monitor and support adherence to company policies and procedures to maintain high operational standards.
• Inventory Management:
  Support inventory control processes, including stock replenishment, transfers, and adjustments.
  Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies to ensure accuracy and availability.
  Collaborate with the supply chain team to forecast inventory needs and manage stock levels effectively.
• Logistics and Distribution:

  Manage relationships with logistics providers and monitor their performance to ensure high service quality.
  Assist in optimizing distribution processes and identifying opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
• Store Operations:
  Support store operations by assisting with visual merchandising, store layout, and in-store promotions.
  Monitor store performance metrics, including sales, customer foot traffic, and operational efficiency.

• Customer Service:
  Assist in addressing customer service issues related to orders, returns, and in-store experiences.

• Process Improvement:

• Reporting and Documentation:

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  Work closely with other departments, including sales, marketing, and finance, to support overall business objectives.
  Participate in cross-functional meetings to provide operational insights and contribute to strategic planning.
  Support special projects and initiatives as required by the operations manager or director.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in operations, retail management, or a related role, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and logistics.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with retail management software (e.g., POS systems, ERP systems).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Main Responsibilities

- To direct and coordinate overall activities of the Housekeeping Department both Rooms and Public Areas.

- The Executive Housekeeper is responsible and accountable for maintaining the highest standard of room and public area cleanliness and appearance, guest service as well as engendering team spirit and motivation in all staff.

- Delegate to and supervise all staff within the Department and assist them in preparing work schedules/responsibilities.

- Conform to and enforce policies and procedures & rules and regulations as laid down by the Hotel in order to achieve the highest levels of uniformity and guest service.

- Prepare various monthly reports as required by the Director of Operations.

- Conduct regular operational meetings to review, monitor, adjust and upgrade the performance of the Department as a whole, explaining new directions and policies and procedures at the same time.

- Prepare the annual capital and operating budgets for the Department in conjunction with the Director of Operations and ensure departmental expenditure is kept within budget.

- Responsible to ensure that all staff under her jurisdiction are at all times immaculately groomed, e.g.: correct and complete uniform, personal hygiene, i.e., hair, make-up etc.
