Accounts Executive, Payroll

Reporting to the Accountant, we are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Accounts Executive, Payroll to manage the hotel’s payroll system, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of wages in compliance with applicable tax laws and Four Seasons Hotel Singapore policies. This role requires knowledge of any Payroll software, strong technical expertise in payroll processes and accounting principles.

Schedule & Hours:

The Finance & Operations Senior Executive reports to the company founder and general manager (ex-eCommerce Architect at Razer and ex-Digital Marketing Manager at Unilever) and plays a key role in our financial management, accounting and classroom operations. The ideal candidate would be someone who is comfortable to work independently with accounting or finance qualification and experience with an interest to be exposed on the more strategic aspects of managing finances and accounts as an individual contributor. Donation Processing and Review

• Peruse the bank statements and identify donations received for recording in Donation Management System (DMS). To liase with the relevant parties to obtain necessary information for recording purpose (e.g. through fundraising department or liase with donors).
• Check monthly GIRO instruction file prepared by associates and upload to bank portal.
• Review records entered by associates in the DMS for donations received through various platforms and collection modes.
• Prepare monthly accounting entries relating to donations in MS BC.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of (i) recurring credit card deductions between actual amount received in bank and DMS records; and (ii) donation records between DMS and our accounting system (i.e. MS Business Central 365).
• Maintain project codes, payment mode, donation source in DMS, including creating new codes and deactivating unused codes.
• Oversee the donation mailbox to ensure that mails are followed up.
