Main Responsibilities

· Assist in review, design, implementation of new accounting control for local or oversea entity

3. Apply principles of accounting to analyse financial information for local and oversea company and assist in Consolidation works

· Assist Group Accountant in Consolidation of Monthly financial reports, budget, variance comparison, board meeting.

· Assist in Board meeting, other regulatory reporting as and when required.

Requirements

· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and/or Finance, or other relevant professional certification. Professional qualification such as CAT or ACCA is an added advantage.

· Candidate should have at least 1-3 years of working experiences in finance & accounting role

· Audit experience is an added advantage.

· Experience in financial and management reporting background with F&B and/or retail related business coupled with audit experience in accountancy firms is a plus.

The Opportunity

The role of Medical Sales/Account Executive is an integral part of the team. It’s the representative to our customers in both the clinic as well as the hospital settings throughout Singapore.

You will work both independently and within the Singapore team, to diligently plan, organize and carry out activities that will assist the company to meet targets and meet our high expectations for quality customer service. The person is responsible as project planning executive to assist the planning manager & planning engineer to facilitate, consolidate, track and liaison of all submissions, approvals, drawings and other documents for authority compliance, commencement, construction and completion of a project.

The person is responsible to assist the planning manager & planning engineer in creating and monitoring project execution plans and highlight deviations and communicate to respective stakeholders. The person is also responsible for supporting the timely delivery of solar system installation projects.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Monitor project master schedule to ensure documents submission is on time.
• Manage the documentation control for project including but not limited to categorization, indexing, filing, issue and receipt of transmittals and project documents/drawings to all relevant reviewers for new / revised documents.
• Management of turnaround of project documents/drawings in receiving, distribution and transmitting for the projects that are on-going - Update and remind/flag out Project team and vendors on outstanding document.
