The Job

The Operations Executive plays an important role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of

multiple sites within our organisation. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this position

involves overseeing daily operations, coordinating with colleagues at various sites, and

implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be detail-

oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Manager to maintain IT systems and implement digitalisation efforts across the organisation.
• Review operating processes and Develop strategies with the Operations Manager to enhance day-to-day operations of various services.
• Ensure reliability of all facilities’ mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire safety systems, either through carrying out simple repairs or coordinating with service providers to carry the necessary works.
• Complete administrative tasks relevant to quotations, service agreements & contracts, purchase orders of inventory and supplies.
• Support any other ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Job Description & Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform day-to-day operational matters – Account Receivables (AR) and Account Payable (AP)

Role Description

• Primary responsibility is to manage supplier brands originating from China, Europe, and the USA, overseeing their sales and product categories including coffee powder , chemical additive & equipment. Have continual collaboration with suppliers on new product introductions and product discontinuations to accommodate new products.
