Responsibilities:

• Perform general bookkeeping and full set of accounting functions - handle daily operational AP/AR tasks including invoicing, payment, receipts etc
• Perform monthly reconciliation and reports
• Debts collections - Contact customer to ensure that their payments are made on time
• GST filing
• Prepare monthly sales commission and checking of incentives
• Handle any other ad-hoc hoc assignments and projects as assigned

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Manage calendaring for senior management and team schedules.
• Oversee front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling calls.
• Maintain office cleanliness, monitor and replenish pantry supplies and office resources.
• Raise and process purchase orders (POs), invoices, and expense claims.
• Prepare tax invoices, delivery orders, and monitor monthly sales.
• Track incoming shipments and coordinate delivery dispatches.
• Lead correspondences with counterparts’ administrative teams when hosting visitors, partners, and customers.
• Perform accurate data entry into databases and spreadsheets.
• Maintain and manage confidential files, documents, and records.
• Update and maintain system databases for claims and other administrative records.
• Plan and organize company events, meetings, and conferences.
• Lead initiatives for team welfare and morale-building.
• Develop and implement SOPs to improve office processes.
• Identify key operational challenges and propose effective solutions.

Requirements:

• Possess Diploma/Degree in HR/BA relevant with minimum 4 years of prior experiences
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Excellent communication skills, including good telephone etiquette. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively. Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Familiarity with startup environments is a plus

Job Requirements:
