Job Responsibilities:

Email Marketing:

• Create email campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue
• Optimize email campaigns for maximum open and click-through rates
• Develop segmentation strategies to ensure the right message is delivered to the right audience
• Monitor email campaign performance and provide regular reporting and analysis
• Stay up-to-date with the latest email marketing trends and best practices

Social Media Marketing:

• Creating engaging posts for popular social media platforms. (MUST knowledge in Tiktok ADs, Facebook ADs etc)
• Reading and responding to comments, questions and messages from social media followers.
• Leading and motivating sales team with marketing strategies.
• Monitoring social media platforms to identify conversations about relevant brands and topics.
• Creating social media marketing goals and tracking related key performance indicators (KPIs).

· Prepare and coordinate all export orders given by KDAS (Regional HQ).

· Process of shipments and all related activities timely.

· Liaise with overseas agents and warehouse on shipments arrangement.

· Ensure timely processing of the orders 2 days before deadline and accurate preparation of shipping documents.

· Liaise with customer’s orders and follow up on customer’s payment and shipments documentation.

· E-filing documents to share folder.

· Attend to any other ad-hoc duties or any related tasks that are assigned.
