This role is pivotal in fostering innovation and excitement among students, enhancing their learning experiences, and positioning Duck Learning as a leader in educational competitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Planning and Management: Oversee the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of various Robotics competitions. Ensure events run smoothly and meet educational and operational goals.
• Strategic Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract participants, schools, and educators, increasing competition visibility and enrollment.
• Partnership and Sponsorship Development: Identify, approach, and secure partnerships with sponsors and collaborators to support event growth and sustainability.
