RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a meticulous and self-starting team player who has interest in public relations and marketing communications. You will need to have good messaging, writing, creative skills that can help the organisation to positively communicate its vision and mission.

You will report to the Manager for Corporate Communications in implementing and executing the organisation's brand initiatives, marketing and communications action plans.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and strengthen internal and external communications and public relations
• Development and production of corporate collaterals
• Brand development and project assistant
• Event management including community, corporate and fundraising events for internal and external stakeholders
• Any other duties as assigned

• Diploma/Degree in marketing, communications, digital media, journalism or a related discipline
• Corporate communications and/or marketing experience will be an advantage
• A meticulous, highly motivated and resourceful team player with a positive attitude and attention to details
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably a second language (in order to handle queries and to write copies in a second language)
• Proficient in storytelling, photography, videography and video editing will be an added advantage
• Active on social media platforms and updated in on-going trends
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Final Cut Pro is an added advantage
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines

Job Descriptions

• Handle all aspects of clients’ company secretarial matters.
• Manage a portfolio of companies. Provide Corporate Secretarial advice to clients.
• Assist with company incorporation/ striking off
• Attend to routine corporate secretarial matters such as Annual General Meeting, filing of annual return, change of officers, share transfer and allotment, updating registers and minute book etc.
• Customer due diligence (onboarding and ongoing monitoring)
• Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Perform any other secretarial duties and support as and when assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in relevant field, Business Administration, Business Management or others
• Preferably with at least 4-5 years of corporate secretarial experience in established corporate secretarial firms
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Detailed oriented and able to work well under pressure
• Self-motivated, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in Mandarin would be an advantage as dealing with Chinese clients is required.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Key Account Executive to assist our Key Account Manager in driving business growth and achieving our company objectives.
