Job Description:

• Support the Business Development Director in all aspects of the sales process in order to meet targets.

Responsibilities

Finance Activities

• Responsible for the accuracy, timeliness, effectiveness and efficiency of monthly journals, daily data entries and processes in the areas of Account Receivables, Account Payables, banking, month-end closing and quarterly GST reporting

• System update of local Accounts Payable payment vouchers
• Posting and review of vendor invoices

Job Summary:

The Senior Finance Executive reports to the Group Finance Head. He/She is responsible for preparing financial statements, maintaining cash controls and accounts payable to meet legislative requirements and support the Centre’s operations. 1. To update accounting entries using ACCPAC Accounting System.

2. To prepare Financial Statements that give true and fair view in accordance with the provisions of the Charities Act, the Societies Act and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards.

3. To oversee all financial matters to ensure proper utilization of funds, accountability and internal control.

4. To prepare, compile and analyse the group forecast and yearly capital and operating expenditure budgets as per SACS’ guidelines and help to ensure spending with the approved budgets.
