Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and issue PO, keep track of procurement activities
• Monitor stock inventories, maintain an updated list of current and incoming inventory and perform monthly stock take
• Liaise with manufacturing team to ensure plant requirements are met efficiently and production runs smoothly
• Liaise with suppliers with deliveries and maintain records of purchases
• Coordinate with forwarder for permit / shipment clearance documents
• Liaise with sales for new requirements of materials and to source as and when required
• Negotiate best quotes from supplies
• Deals with defective goods damaged goods if any

Key Requirements:

• Min 1 year experience in procurement
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin speaking suppliers
