You will manage both accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP), including overseeing AR collections and AP payments. You will perform monthly AR and AP reconciliations as well as to check and verify staff claims. You will also provide support to the Finance Manager in the monthly and yearly account closing process, filing various documentations, ensuring that all records are organized and easily accessible for future reference.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience.

• Good written and verbal communication.

• Experience in petrochemical / energy industry would be a valuable asset.

• A proactive individual who can plan, organize, and take the initiative to achieve job objectives while meeting tight deadlines.

• This role is looking for someone already based in Singapore.
