The main responsibilities of the role will include (but not limited to):

Client and relationship:

· Act as a point of contact for the clients on their day to day affairs, with supervision where necessary, and ensure that all communication, whether written or spoken in a professional manner;

· Maintain good relationship with clients;

· Respond to and deal with client queries in a professional and timely manner

· Ensure that the manager is kept up to date with any issues arising from the client or its activities

Service provision:

· Prepare financial data for entry into the accounting system

· Ensure all receipts are updated in the accounting system on timely basis

· Handle the banking of cheques into bank accounts on timely basis

· Handle accounts receivables and accounts payables

· Prepare bank reconciliation and audit schedules

· Prepare monthly payslips for payroll purpose

· Handle account closing up to the monthly trial balance, income statement and balance sheet

· Handle quarterly Goods and Services Tax filing

· Handle corporate secretarial documents and annual return filing

· Compilation of accounts or reports (preparation of unaudited report)

· Liaising with external auditor

· Handle corporate tax computation and tax return filing

· Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

· Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accountancy/Finance;

Job Description

a) General

1. Maintain and update Crewing Calendar factoring projects and in-house needs and crew leave.
2. Support and provide information on Time Off In Lieu (TOIL) entitlement for in-house crew on a monthly basis.
3. Maintain an updated crew database for both in-house and freelancers with positions, grades, job scale, and performance, rate of professional fees, responsiveness, reliability, skills and technical competencies.
4. Any other ad-hoc crewing responsibilities.

b) Project-Related

1. Obtain relevant project information from Sales Department for crewing needs including details such as location of project, crew positions, duration of project, crew rate, and any other additional requirements.
2. Consult project technical manager to identify the crew requirement and skill sets required for each project.
3. Roster project with in-house and freelance crew.
4. For freelancers - Negotiate fees, manage contracts and other documents, and outline expectations and company policies.
5. Arrange and/or coordinate crew logistics including preparation of per diems, visa application, flight, accommodation, transportation, and meals.
6. Plan for crew contingencies for unexpected situations that may jeopardize projects.
7. Supper project crew by playing an active role in all communications related to crew (logistics and crew welfare).
8. Provide replacement crew if a crew member becomes unavailable due to sickness, flight cancellations, etc.
9. Assist in all project closeout activities including evaluation of project performance (from crew perspective), archival of projects, and preparation of close out reports.
10. Incorporate crew performance evaluation reports into crew database.
11. Tabulate and analyse project crew financials (freelancer fees, logistics, Per Diems, etc.) report to Crewing Manager cost over-runs or irregularities.
12. Verify invoices received from freelancers for billing.
13. Assist in reimbursements for projects for in-house crew members.

Key Responsibilities

• Driving: Transport senior management team to meetings, events, or appointments, choosing the best routes, avoiding jams and arrived punctually for every engagement.
• (EV) Vehicle Care: Keep the car clean, charged, and in good working condition.
• Security and Safety: Implement measures to ensure senior management team’s safety through meticulous route planning, situational awareness, and strict compliance to security protocols.
• Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and respect confidentiality regarding senior management team’s schedule, meetings, and personal matters.
• Assistance: Provide additional assistance as required, including running errands, picking up documents or packages, and supporting the senior management team in any other capacity related to transportation and pick-ups.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of ‘N’ level or equivalent. Certifications in defensive driving or vehicle maintenance are advantageous.
• At least 5 years of experience as a private driver or personal driver, preferably for senior executives or high-profile individuals.
• Should assume the role of company driver within the last 5 years.
• Had driven and is familiarity with electric vehicles, with at least 1 year of experience in driving EV vehicle.
• Valid Singapore Class 3 or equivalent driving license with a clean record (0 demerit points in the past 5 years).
• Excellent driving abilities with a proven safety record.
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Willingness to adapt to a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Team Introduction

The Platform Product Management team is under TikTok Trust and Safety. Their goal is to keep the platform running smoothly and to guarantee user safety. The Human Moderation product team is responsible for optimizing the core human moderation metrics in coordination with OPS team, and designing the process, strategies and toolings to empower OPS team. What you will be doing:

1. Responsible for the construction of overseas content security Human Moderation platform, participate in the whole process of product planning and demand management, promote the scientific and efficient management and application of the Ops team, and improve the overall efficiency and experience of the business;

2. Connect with the business team, go deep into the business scenarios, dig out the pain points of business needs, dismantle them into executable products/operation paths according to the problems, and build a generalized platform capability;

3. Collaborate with the teams of all directions in the platform to unify the review rules, provide efficient and versatile product tools, and promote the standard and efficient operation of the entire process of product projects;

Qualifications

What you should have:

- Bachelor's Degree and above in relevant fields, Engineering or Computer Science background is a plus;

- At least 5 years of work experience as a Product Manager in ToB tools / SaaS / Platform products in high growth in the tech/software/internet industry with demonstrated success in launching new products and features;

- Experienced with Workforce Management systems (Beisen / Workday / SuccessFactors/ PS / SAP /UF / HRIS work experience is preferred.

- Knowledge of scheduling/attendance/ working hour management/performance review is a plus;
