• Develop and execute innovative YouTube campaigns targeting the finance audience, crafting engaging content tailored for the platform.

• Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns to align with performance objectives and finance-focused messaging.

• Implement SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and engagement across search engines and social media.

• Create effective media buying strategies and negotiate ad space with media outlets.

• Participate in media planning to identify target audiences and craft impactful campaigns.

• Utilize YouTube Analytics to track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, making data-driven optimizations.

• Manage budgets effectively to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximize ROI for digital campaigns.

• Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that inform content strategy and audience targeting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing or relevant qualifications.

Experience/Skills:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on copywriting and content creation, and youtube marketing.

• Creative mindset with a talent for generating innovative marketing ideas tailored to the finance audience.

• Proven track record of creating engaging and effective digital content.

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.

• Strong project and time management abilities, with the capability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with trading in stocks is a plus.

You will perform the day-to-day administrative work of all areas of HR operations including payroll and on-boarding activities, administering staff benefits, and any other HR initiatives or projects assigned from time to time.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle payroll process from computation of trip earnings, preparation of payslip and monthly payroll summary report
• Manage and handle employee’s records in Info-Tech System
• Familiar with work pass regulations and processes (Eg: work pass application, renewal and cancellation)
• Preparation of employee contracts and onboarding documents
• Assist in the recruitment and selection process.
• Respond to employees’ questions about salaries & benefits
• Coordinate benefits administration in the areas of medical claims
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in HR management / Business Administration or any other related field
• Proficient with local employment laws and regulations
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word)
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work independently
