The Centre Management System Support, Executive/Senior Executive is responsible for overseeing the upkeep, procurement & maintenance of all exhibits, audio-visual equipment, facilities and essential services for daily operations for centres/museums under Defence Collective Singapore (DCS).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintenance Planning: Planning and implementation of building maintenance programs for architectural, electrical, and mechanical, exhibits and attractions AV lighting systems. • Assist in copywriting and editing communication materials
• Responsible for maintaining and updating the latest brand information on all communication channels
• Conduct research and survey to keep abreast of latest market developments - pricing, consumers, competitors, concepts and promotions
• Analyse data and translate into actionable tasks to drive results
• Report generation and post-campaign presentation to management
• Coordinate and facilitate media tasting session, product launches and events to both internal and external parties
• Support any operational needs for marketing campaigns, product launches and new store openings

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Degree in Marketing, with preferably 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in Marketing / Brand Management for F&B / FMCG / Hospitality industry
• Prior internship experience with creative agencies running digital campaigns and generating social media contents would be an added advantage
• Keen interest in analysing and interpreting data
• Adaptable, resourceful and independent
• Positive, self-motivated, have an eye for details and able to work with tight timelines
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
• Possess excellent writing and communication skills
• Ability to converse in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin speaking counterparts
• Willing to work in the West area

What you will be working on?

• Retrieve and digitalise Licence application forms and supporting documents from portal;
• Support licence renewals e.g. guide licensees on submission of updates or renewal applications, coordinate inputs for licence renewals
• Support tracking of key metrics e.g. monitor and provide updates on outstanding payments, non-renewal of licences and licence KPI statistics for monthly reports;
• Digital record-keeping e.g. create folders in Sharepoint and upload digitalised application forms and supporting documents, licence renewal reminder letters, licence fee payment reminder letters, and payment acknowledgement letters and licences to the respective folders for record; and
• Data cleansing before migration of data and data entry into legacy licensing systems during manual processing, where required.

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
• Competent in using Microsoft Office e.g. Word and Excel to manage large volumes of licensing data, records and processes.
