Job Description:

• Manage customer orders from processing to fulfilment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Proactively address back orders and resolve customer issues to ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Generate purchase orders after obtaining necessary clarifications and confirming prices.
• Coordinate with suppliers on goods readiness and ensure smooth communication
• Collaborate with freight forwarders to arrange shipments
• Manage stock record to ensure availability and accuracy.
• Liaise with customers on delivery arrangements.
• Generate delivery orders and invoices.
• Handle ISO certification renewal processes to ensure compliance with standards.
• Handle office administration tasks and undertake any other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

· Diploma in Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field.

· 2 to 3 years’ working experience in Operations.

· Familiarity with the Globe 3 ERP System is an advantage.

· Ability to work independently with a committed and proactive approach.

· A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and flexibility in handling tasks.

· Good personality, willing to learn and flexible on the task.

· Immediate availability is preferred.

Job Description:

• Issue/create invoices & templates;
• Issue/create all work orders & windows form;
• Liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations;
• Organize & schedule appointments for measurement & installation;
• Handle multiple sales orders and bookkeeping sales records;
• Chase, updating and maintain payment track records, inventory records;
• Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc;

Responsibilities

• Provide sales and customer service support
• Sales Order Processing: Quotation/ Sales Order/ Purchase Order/ Delivery Order/ Packing List/ Invoicing
• Liaise with internal teams such as Sales, Operations and Finance department
• Assist in preparation and submission of relevant reports and documents
• Organize delivery services, export shipment, collection of customers' orders and ensure timely delivery
• Handle customers' inquiries
• Provide a high level of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• GCE ‘O’ Level or Diploma in any discipline
• Computer literate (MS Office)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Independent, meticulous and good team player
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to be able to communicate with Mandarin speaking clients and associates

Other Information:

• 5 days’ work week
• 8.30am – 5.30pm
• We are located in Sungei Kadut and provide transport to and fro Yew Tee MRT
