We are looking for an experienced digital marketer and content creator to join our Communications & Partnerships team. The incumbent will report to the Head of Communications & Partnerships.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage social media platforms.
• Create digital content.
• Perform social media and web analytics.
• Act as event photographer for corporate events.
• Collaborate with relevant internal and external stakeholders and ensure timely roll out of marketing content.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or other equivalent
• At least three years of work experience as a digital marketer and content creator
• Experienced in working in the social service sector is a plus
• Excellent written and spoken English proficiency (proficiency in Mandarin is a plus)
• Displayed competencies in social media marketing and web content writing
• Well-versed in social media management and analytics tools
• Well-versed in design, photo and video editing tools (e.g. Canva)

Job description:

• Full cycle of recruitment- Create job ads, shortlist, schedule interviews, conduct interviews, and work pass application and onboarding.
• Cessation of staff - offboarding and cessation process.
• Assist in monthly processing of salary.
• Review and improve HR processes for efficiency and effectiveness, revise and implement compensation and benefits plans.
• Assist with company events planning.
• Adhoc duties as assigned- if any.

• Minimum a diploma in business or human resource management or related field.
• At least 1 year HR generalist working experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work well in a team.
• Effective communication skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• IHRP certification preferred.
