Job Descriptions:

• Coordinating and guiding visits to the company from schools, business partners, and government agencies.
• Maintaining a comprehensive calendar and database of scheduled visits, while also managing and updating the photo library.
• Preparing designated areas for visitor arrivals and liaising with internal stakeholders, ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place.
• Conducting daily media monitoring to stay abreast of relevant news and trends.
• Developing and maintaining brand collateral, including brochures, presentations, videos, and other marketing materials to bolster brand initiatives.
• Strategising, planning, and executing events such as conferences, trade shows, corporate gatherings, and CSR initiatives in alignment with the company's objectives.

This position is based in Kranji Way. Company shuttle bus provided to and from Kranji Mrt.

Lunch shuttle service is also provided to and from different lunch locations.

Working hours: Mon - Fri, 0800 - 1730 hours

• manage warehouseing and inventory control of raw materials, ingredients, packaging and finished products
• assist the Manufacturing Manager in planning, scheduling and stocks inventory
• liaise with external storage vendor on stock movement between warehouses
• carry out daily production tasks and supervise production workers as and when required

Office Administration

• Manage and maintain data for fixed assets and machinery
• Oversee drivers and riders, including safety inductions and counselling high-risk drivers.
• Vehicles management:

i) Maintain and update company vehicle records/listing, vehicle insurance, repairs, claim, accident reporting and follow ups.

ii) Verify vehicle fuel consumption (diesel and petrol).

iii) Vehicle cash card top ups.

• Perform corporate administration tasks for the office.
• Support to corporate functions such as event planning (internal and external) and branding initiatives.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

Facilities Management

• Prepare facility reports and review maintenance contracts.
• Manage and maintain company assets, including property, equipment, motor vehicles, inventories, furniture, and fittings.
• Oversee dormitory tenancy renewals, new contracts and handovers, address defects, supervising tenant activities, and enforcing lease terms.
• Maintain dormitory records, track repairs, and manage vendor contracts.
• Liaise with dormitory providers and conduct routine checks on worker housing environments.
• Manage inventory for pantry supplies, electrical consumables, and furniture.
• Perform periodic inspections of the office and store to ensure maintenance standards are upheld.
• Conduct regular checks on office equipment, furniture, and electrical appliances to ensure they are in good condition.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for projects and maintenance works.
• Ensure repair specifications meet required standards and obtain necessary approvals.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirement

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Building Facilities Management or Equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience in, office administration, facilities maintenance or equivalent related functions.
• Knowledge of general maintenance methods, operating requirements, and safety precautions related to facilities management.
• Must be a well-organized, detailed and oriented self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in supervision at the workshop & project site.
• Liaise with client's representatives with regards to all site matters with proper documentation.
• Coordinate with workshop and subcontractors with the delivery of products and installation works.
• Attend site meeting if required.
• Ensure that staff and subcontractors carry out their work in a safe manner.
• Responsible for monitoring the daily process and progress at the project site.
• Carry out inspection of purchased materials delivered to the project site.
• Conduct project site inspection on a regular basis.
• Supervise the general workers with regards to the installations and constructions.
• Identify and records quality control problems during production or site work.
• Responsible for determining the cause of the quality problem and initiate corrective action.
• Carry out defect liability servicing of completed projects and maintain records of such servicing.
• Responsible for providing information for shipping documents and compounding packing list.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Superior.

Requirements

• Interior Design/Carpentry knowledge & experience in construction/furniture industry will be an added advantage.
• ITE NTC cert or 'O' level and above.
• Willing and able to travel overseas for project supervision.

Responsibilities include:
