We are looking for Senior HR Executive / Executive to provide operational support to HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to ensure the effective delivery of HR services as well as the implementation of various HR initiatives in the client group.

· Be the point of contact for all operational HR queries from the client group

· Deliver timely & effective resolutions to these queries in partnership with internal HR COEs

· Process timely renewals of employment contracts, end-of-contract exits (e.g. resignation, retirement, dismissal and death), change in employment terms (e.g. part-time request, transfers, etc) as well as re-employment contracts (post-retirement) in accordance with HR policies and practices in partnership with HRBPs

· Process of out-of-system transaction applications such as overtime, claims and job-related allowances

· Manage the onboarding of new hires

· Participate in internal & external audits

· Ensure the accuracy of employee data for client group through monthly audits

· Develop and maintain HR Dashboard for client group in collaboration with HR COEs as required

· Run monthly/ad hoc HR reports & metrics

· Be conversant with the manpower plans of the client group

· Support organizational changes in client group & collaborate with HR Shared Services to ensure timely updating of employee data changes in HRIS

· Assist HRBPs in the execution of HR initiatives for client group

Job Requirements

· Diploma/Degree in any discipline

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Proactive, meticulous, resourceful and able to work effectively and independently & collaboratively in a fast-paced dynamic work environment

· Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer service orientation

· Strong analytical skills with proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications

Job Description:

Experience: 2-3 years
Qualifications: Must be recognised by the Board of Architects (BOA)

• Design and administer contracts.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Building Information Modelling (BIM).

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and preparing schematic design drawings for client review and approval, ensuring readiness for other consultants to begin preliminary and detailed design work.
• Research and propose environmentally-friendly (“green”) concepts in architectural designs, promoting the use of sustainable materials and equipment.
• Liaise with various stakeholders to gather project requirements.
• Guide the Drafting Office in preparing drawings for different project stages and coordinate tender documents.
• Monitor and advise the Drafting Office on submissions to relevant government authorities for approval and endorsement.
• Support the Project Architect in coordinating technical matters and other tasks as needed.
• Assist the Project Architect in preparing, monitoring, and updating the project schedule, submitting it to the client for approval.
• Attend consultants’ and site meetings with the Project Architect and assist in preparing meeting minutes.
• Coordinate schedules and monitor the status of submissions, compliance, and applications with competent authorities.
• Ensure compliance with requirements from competent authorities, including preparation of necessary forms, calculations, letters, and documentation.

Role & Responsibilities:

To move between different clinics as needed, offering support where there are staffing gaps or increased demand.

Ensure a comfortable experience for patients who attend at our GP clinics

Provide customer service including registration of patients, queue management, dispensing of medications, invoicing and collection of payment

Support doctors for inclinic procedures and chaperones

Perform clinical procedures such as simple dressing, ECG and nebuliser treatments

Ensure accurate and prompt claims submissions to government agencies and corporate partners

Manage medication, consumables and equipment including replenishment and housekeeping

Perform any other duties which may be assigned

Requirements:

Keen service attitude towards customer care and learning

Familiarity with clinic operations and/or usage of Plato CMS an advantage

Ability to commit weekday nights and weekend shift an advantage

Ability to work in a team dependably
