Job Description:

1. Attend to clients on routine corporate secretarial matters;

2. Submission of application for company incorporation and strike off Updating & maintaining statutory registers & records;

3. Preparing board resolutions & minutes; Preparing & filing of e-forms with ACRA and e-stamping of transfer forms; 4. Ensure compliance with statutory & regulatory requirements;

5. Meeting clients & provide general advice on compliance requirements;

6. Liaison with existing & potential clients Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.

Requirements:

1. Candidates must possess at least Diploma in Business Studies, Finance, Accountancy, Secretarial or equivalent;

2. At least 2 years of relevant experience in professional firms providing corporate secretarial services or legal firms Familiar with ACRA Biz-filing requirements;

3. Meticulous, good organizing & coordinating skills;

4. Good command of spoken & written Chinese and English;

5. Singapore citizen or PR only.

Job Description:

• manage day-to-day technical operations, including attending daily toolbox meetings, compliance with WSHA.

• respond to emergency fault calls during office hours/standby duties after office hours in rotating duty roster and ensure timely rectification of issues.

• liase with users and authority to prepare and submit detailed work proposals for job requests.

• prepare costing, condition assessment, and proposal for maintenance works.

• responsible for inventory record, drawings, documentations and defect liability period registers.

• compile and maintain service reports, licenses/certificates on site.

• prepare and submit certificate of completion for maintenance works and services monthly, and prepare monthly claims.

• supervise and follow up with sub-contractors to carry out corrective maintenance/adhoc works and to rectify defects reported by quality control/auality, assurance, auditor/users.

• check and certify works done by sub-contractors.

• perform any other technical tasks as and when required.

Programme Executive (CREST)

The Community Resource, Engagement and Support Team (CREST), serves as a community outreach for people with or who are at risk of mental health conditions including dementia and their caregivers. CREST conducts outreach events/activities to promote and increase mental health awareness as well as targeted case finding to identify those with mental health needs.

The Programme Executive (CREST) plays a supportive role providing the daily administrative and operational support to the team, contributing to the purpose of CREST service development and implementation. You are responsible in organizing the logistics &/or resources to ensure the smooth running of CREST services. You may also be involved in coordinating outreach events and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide administrative and logistical support in running client-related and/or other CREST activities, including outreach events collaboration with community partners.

· Conduct client screenings, provide emotional support to clients and mental health awareness

· Assist Social Workers in client monitoring, care support coordination and follow-up.

· Administer and ensure accuracy and compliance in data collection, documentation, and submit reports as required

· Plan and conduct home-based or centre-based cognitive stimulation activities for clients and caregivers.

· Prepare resource materials for clients and caregivers.

Requirements

· Possess a diploma certification or relevant social service certification.

· Non-diploma holder with social service experience will be considered.

· Conversant in English and the ability to speak dialect or Malay will be a bonus.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Passionate to work in the mental health sector and community service sector.

· Outgoing and sociable personality with keen interest in working with people on one-to-one basis or centre-based group activity.

· A well-organized, meticulous team player who can also work independently.
