Job Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent;

· Preferably with 8 years of relevant experience in Administration and Secretariat support, preferably from the healthcare industry;

We are looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic team player to join us as an Assistant Programme Executive at Active Aging Centre @ Chai Chee. The Assistant Programme Executive assists with the centre activities and clients at the centre

- Plan and prepare monthly activities schedule for clients.

- Engage with the clients during the activities.

- Pack and distribute food ration packages.

- Assess clients’ need and make necessary referrals to appropriate agencies and/or various care services.

- Manage and maintain all necessary documentations and paperwork of clients’ data and centre activities.

- Maintain the general cleanliness of the centre.

- Assist the centre manager on any other ad-hoc duties.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday : 8:00AM – 5:00PM
Saturday/Sunday : Minimum 2 Saturdays or Sundays

Applicants will have to coordinate all operations for both sea and land transport.

Handles all calls and emails enquiries

Manage vessel crew

Arrange loading schedules for all the vessels and lorry

Require working shift and late hours

Able to work on weekends and PH

Knowledge of computer and Microsoft applications

Able to work independently

Responsibilities:

- Accuracy of discount/ profit margin of items

- Assistant to prepare PO, match DO and invoices and prepare payment advises

- Matching and checking of vendor’s invoices, DO, PO

- Pulling of data from POS system, tabulate sales data and reports

- Sales and Purchases reporting

- Data entry of PO

- Ensure database is up to date

- Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Basic accounting knowledge

- Able to work independently without supervision

- Good command of MS Excel

- Merticulous with details

- Knowledge in POS system will be an advantage

Responsibilities:

- Receive and tally goods according to delivery order/ invoice from supplier/s.

- Receive tallied goods into inventory system.

- Pick outlet/s ordered goods, scan quantity using PDA and import data from PDA into inventory system.

- Pack goods onto pallet to prepare for delivery to outlet/s.

- Report discrepancy such as shortages, excess and damaged stocks to superior.

- Ensure proper book-keeping of documentation for records and traceability.

- Perform quarterly stock take.

- Perform general housekeeping.

- Any other adhoc duties as assigned.
