Purpose and Scope
The C&S Designer plays a pivotal role in creating and managing 3D models of projects which is crucial to the successful delivery of building projects.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Participate in design and model coordination meetings (for C&S) and review sessions when required
• Enforce BIM strategies, processes and standards, model content and quality control for the discipline/assigned scope of works
• Implement and manage BIM Execution Plan
• Create 3D model content and modelling using specified tools and/or prepare 2D drawings in Revit/AutoCAD as relevant or required

Accounts Executive, Payroll
