Job Description

The potential candidate will support Unlocking ADHD’s (UA) efforts to enhance brand awareness, create impactful content, and drive strategic partnerships. The role also includes planning and executing events to support the organization’s mission and amplify its reach. This position combines expertise in marketing, communications, partnerships, and event management to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Communications

• Develop and implement a corporate communications strategy to strengthen UA’s brand and reputation.
• Create and manage corporate materials, including annual reports, social impact reports, press releases, speeches, and presentations.
• Write and edit thought leadership articles, interviews, and story pitches to position UA as a leading advocate for ADHD awareness and support.
• Serve as the primary contact for media and external communication, ensuring consistent and professional representation of UA.

Marketing and Digital Strategy

• Develop and execute SEO and SEM strategies to increase UA’s digital visibility and engagement.
• Design and manage Email Direct Marketing (EDM) campaigns to engage donors, volunteers, and service users.
• Create and implement a social media marketing strategy, including content creation, scheduling, and analytics tracking.
• Utilize data analytics to monitor campaign performance and refine strategies.
• Build and maintain a content library and editorial calendar in collaboration with internal teams.

Event Planning and Management

• Plan and execute events such as awareness campaigns, fundraising events, workshops, and community engagement activities.
• Oversee end-to-end event logistics, including vendor management, budget planning, and post-event evaluations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the success of events and campaigns.
• Develop event marketing strategies, including promotional materials and outreach plans to maximize participation and visibility.
• Leverage events to build UA’s brand and foster meaningful connections with stakeholders.

Content Development

• Produce high-quality, engaging content, including newsletters, videos, visual images, and promotional materials.
• Develop impactful corporate presentations, brochures, and other marketing collateral.
• Highlight UA’s impact through storytelling content, emphasizing its value to the ADHD community.
• Redesign and refresh existing materials to meet the needs of diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Events Management, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in corporate communications, marketing, and event planning.
• Proven success in planning and managing events, including vendor coordination and budgeting.
• Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and analytics.
• Active on social media with a track record of driving engagement
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with experience creating content for various audiences and platforms.
• Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills to engage internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the non-profit or social impact sector.
• Familiarity with grant writing, sponsorship proposals, and event fundraising.
• Knowledge of ADHD-related topics or experience working with neurodiverse communities.
• Proficiency in CRM management and email marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business suite, Mailchimp, Canva, etc).
• Public speaking skills would be a bonus.

Role

The Operations Executive/Senior Executive is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the home personal care service provided to clients. This includes ensuring the efficient delivery of high-quality care, compliance with regulatory standards, and effective coordination of community caregivers, resources, and client needs. The role demands strong organisational skills to ensure smooth operations, community caregivers’ performance, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management

- Oversee the smooth running of home personal care operations, ensuring that services meet both CWA standards and client expectations.

- Coordinate schedules for caregivers and other personnel to meet client needs, ensuring adequate staffing levels.

- Monitor and track daily service delivery, ensure timely visits and adherence to care plans.

- Maintain proper documentation of client care, community caregivers’ schedules, and service records.

Staff Management and Coordination

- Supervise and support community caregivers, ensuring they adhere to CWA policies and provide high-quality care.

- Coordinate training sessions, ensuring community caregivers are fully trained and prepared to meet client needs.

Recruitment & Onboarding

- Assist in the recruitment process, onboarding, and orientation of new community caregivers, including candidate screening.

Service Quality Management and Compliance

- Ensure that all home personal care services are delivered in compliance with relevant healthcare regulations / standards, and CWA policies.

- Review of SOP(s) regularly to ensure accuracy and relevance, making necessary updates as required.

Client Relationship Management

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, families, and community caregivers, addressing concerns, feedback, and inquiries promptly.

- Proactively identify opportunities to improve service delivery and enhance client satisfaction.

Administration Support

- Assist with filing documents, maintaining accurate records, and organising client and family caregiver data in both digital and physical formats.

- Manage Case Management System (CMS) for home personal care service.

- Timesheet Management: Ensure the timely collation and submission of caregiver timesheets for payroll processing, resolving discrepancies where necessary

- Payment Collection: Assist with collection of cash payments from clients, requiring individual to liaise with clients on their payment or arrange with them on payment methods.

Other Duties

- Project Management: Participate in department initiatives and projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, caregiver performance, and client satisfaction

- Any duties that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements:

- Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management or related field.

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a community health or home care setting and understanding of home care services.

- Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin, with the ability to liaise with clients, caregivers, and other departments effectively

- Able to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously

- Quick to adapt to changes

- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and other office management tools

The Programme Executive primarily implements initiatives and development plans that are congruent with the organisation's goals and the needs of the community.

Programme Implementation

1. Establish links and partnerships with relevant agencies to determine programme requirements and relevance
2. Identify upcoming trends affecting programme's success
3. Follow best practices and new methodologies aimed at enhancing programme impact
4. Follow service framework for programme work plans, resource requirement and budgeting
5. Follow procedures for programmes pertaining to community service
6. Plan and collaborate with other organisations to achieve programme's goals
7. Support Reporting Officer in reviewing the alignment of programme to centre objectives
8. Support Reporting Officer in reviewing effectiveness of programmes

Community Work

1. Implement community outreach event/ Coordinate Roadshows
2. Deliver social work programmes to meet the targeted needs
3. Gather relevant information from different sources
4. Link up of community resources
5. Support the team in rendering services to the community, e.g. home visit, medical escort and others

Volunteer Management

1. Communicate appropriate programme objectives to volunteers as required
2. Provide guidance to volunteers on executing effective programmes
3. Develop growing team of volunteers to support various programmes
4. Network and build relationships with potential partners that have many volunteers
5. Identify and retain committed volunteers

Compliance

1. Consolidate status of KPIs periodically
2. Ensure expenditure is within the budget
3. Ensure KPIs will be met within the timeline as per funding agencies' requirement
4. Support Reporting Officer in preparing monthly/ quarterly/ yearly reports by preparing the relevant and required information

Ad-hoc Duties

1. Provide any other support as assigned/required

• Prior experience in events or programmes design, planning and implementation will be an advantage
