The Opportunity
As an Inside Sales Executive at Stone Cybersecurity, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team, driving customer engagement, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the sales process. Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Support: Prepare and provide quotations to customers and ensure all proposals meet customer needs.
• Customer Engagement: Work on sales closures, contract renewals, and follow-up to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• After-Sales Coordination: Manage post-sales activities, ensuring timely communication and coordination with customers.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate overview of sales activities and provide regular updates and forecasts to support business planning.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor for their cybersecurity needs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with the technical and marketing teams to tailor solutions and address customer requirements effectively.
What You Bring
• Educational Background: A diploma, preferably in Information Security or a related field.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a sales function, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity sector.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present solutions to customers.
• Customer-Centric Approach: A logical, honest, and objective mindset with a strong focus on understanding and addressing customer needs.
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively.
• Team Collaboration: A positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively with other team members.
