Education and/or Experience
• Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
• Minimum of 3 years related experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Inside Sales activities.
• Knowledge of ERP /Oracle system such as order processing, issuance of PO.
• External audit experience and/or demonstrate strong working knowledge with internal controls preferred.
• Strong initiative and ability to handle multiple tasks and complete them in a timely manner.
• Meticulous, independent and responsible with good organization and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well with others in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

General Administration

• Provide support for all answering of calls
• Update pest control services report (weekly) and mosquito breeding report (monthly)
• Order stationeries and pantry supplies and gifts (for occasions)
• In charge of the maintenance of the copier machines and order toners when required
• Maintain record of Company Vehicles and apply Shell card for new vehicles, vehicles auditing
• Apply for PUB for water and electricity supply for office, town council and public toilets and accommodation of foreign workers and season parking for lorries
• Any adhoc duties as assigned

Recruitment

• Support recruitments for Operations teams with recruitment. administrative, organizational and logistical tasks.
• Serving as the logistical point of contact for both internal and external candidates at the written offer stage, including interacting directly with the candidates and ensuring signed paperwork is received in a timely manner.
• Managing various aspects of the candidate experience post offer acceptance, including ensuring accurate start dates and compliance of onboarding paperwork.
• Maintain accurate record keeping and consistent storage of new hire candidate records.
• Completing daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as required.
• Conduct new employees’ orientation, exit interviews, referral programs.
• Updating of handbooks, orientations programs and documents templates when required.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks that are assigned.

About The Opportunity

As a Patient Care Ambassador, you will be a key member of our Clinic and Medical Centre, being the face of the Medical Centre, as well as handling administrative tasks and contributing to the smooth operation of our facility.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage administrative tasks such as patient registration, appointment scheduling, and maintaining accurate patient records.
• Operate the clinic CMS (Clinical Management System) for patient registration, data entry, retrieval of medical records, and generate reports based on test results for doctor’s review
• Handle billing and cashiering duties, including processing payments and issuing invoices or receipts.
• Introduce and explain medical services and pricing to patients in a professional manner, seeking opportunities to upsell when appropriate
• Assist with inventory management by monitoring and replenishing medical supplies and ensuring proper stock levels.
• Assist with providing basic medical screening procedures such as taking patient height/weight, administer vision tests, taking blood pressure etc. and phlebotomy (if qualified), or other clinical tasks.
• Ensure a clean and welcoming environment in the waiting area and examination rooms.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting patients, answering enquiries and phone calls, and addressing concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Collaborate with the Centre Manager and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and facilitate the smooth flow of operations.
• Adhere to strict infection control protocols and maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
• Stay updated on clinic policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate and up-to-date information to patients.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills Required:

• Diploma or Nitec with at least 2 years of prior experience in a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a similar role
• Proven experience in performing clinic duties and administration of health screening tests
• Familiarity with operating a clinic CMS system and preparing medical reports
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage administrative tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in recording patient information and test results.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle potentially stressful situations with professionalism and empathy.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to make informed decisions and provide appropriate care.
• Having a certification in Phlebotomy will be an advantage

A Conrad Service Guest Service Executive is responsible for making the guest’s experience over the phone as pleasant as possible, by extending a warm greeting, assisting the guests with any special request and respond to any queries in a timely manner. The Conrad Service Guest Service Executive is to supervise the activities of the Conrad Service Center and provide efficient communication across various departments, to ensure guests receive optimum service in accordance with the standards, policies and procedures of the Conrad Hotels and Resorts.

What will I be doing?

As a Conrad Service Guest Service Executive you are responsible to oversee the Conrad Service Team activities and ensuring the completion of daily tasks. To support the Conrad Service Center Manager in the absence to communicate any updated information from the various departments to deliver outstanding guest service through every phone call. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• To ensure the highest standard of service is maintained showing a pleasant and courteous manner when handling calls, following the Forbes standards.
• Answer all internal and external calls pertaining guest requests, hotel restaurants bookings, handle e-mails and guest communications, responding to all enquiries and special requests.
• To handle any guest comments and to liaise with the Duty Manager when required.
• Handle several calls at any given time.
• Be knowledgeable of all hotel facilities, restaurant and bar menus and special promotions and be familiar with the different restaurant floor plans and capacity.
• Ensure maximum guest recognition and accuracy using our guest history information.
• Give adequate directions of the hotel from any locations.
