Key Responsibilities

• Support the team on Electro-optics and surveillance systems for preventive and corrective maintenance at sites and vessels

• Update all fault reporting documentation for monthly project meeting

• Liaise with customer for maintenance activities

• Perform in house repair of Electro-Optics equipment

• Perform rotational 24x7 standby services for fault recovery works at various locations

• Able to work offshore and work at height

• Support system setup, testing and installation

• Perform other duties as assigned by superior

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Min ITE certificate / Diploma in electrical / electronic / computer engineering

• Possess Singapore Class 3 driving license

• Experienced in Electro-optics System will be an added advantage

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for brand building and implementation of marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL and Online) of assigned brands.
• Responsible for the development of brand assets, point-of-purchase materials, digital marketing content, and other communication collaterals.
• Work with the sales team to develop, plan and execute channel strategies and trade promotions for the key accounts and trade channels to achieve sales objectives.
• Plan and monitor marketing expenditure to review marketing campaign effectiveness.
• To conduct regular market visitations whenever required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma and above, in Marketing, Business Management or related fields.

1. Apply for inspections / audits as per monthly schedule provided and liaison with the auditor / inspector / agents for smooth arrangement.
2. Update online (Crew Matrix, Q88, HVPQ).
3. Provide HVPQ / Class Status / Crew Matrix to the vessel prior inspection.
4. Update QSMS software with observations / operator’s comments for inspection / audits.
5. Open or close drill / training reports from the vessel in the QSMS software.
6. Prepare documents / charterer’s questionnaire as required by the Superintendent.
7. Process marine related invoice (SIRE / CDI / Class audits / VRP / SMFF / GNS / Milbros, etc. in BASS system.
8. Assist CSO in security related records and documentation.
9. Assist in marine filing / new take over vessel documentation.
10. Assist DPA, ADPA, ACCM and vetting manager in updating various marine safety related files, documentation, formatting of word /excel / PPT docs.
11. Back up for marine executive/assistant manager job during his / her absence.
12. Others – As required by the Marine Safety or Operations Superintendent / Managers / Deputy Directors.

Accounts Executive / Senior Accounts Executive - 6-9 Months Contract position

Job Description:

Job Descriptions:

• Proactively reach out to existing and new customers through phone, email and in-person interactions to understand their CCTV needs, while also managing inbound sales inquiries and following up on leads to drive conversions

Job Requirements:

• Ability to understand CCTV technical product specifications and convey them to customers clearly
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated with a results-driven attitude and able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Ability to communicate Mandarin effectively as the incumbent requires to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders/counterparts for work or project related matters
