Job Requirement

• Diploma or Accounting qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Customer focus on all times and respond to their enquires asap.
• Co-ordinate independently with airlines, agents, warehouse and inter-company
• Ensure timely clearance of shipments. (IMPORT)
• Consol planning (EXPORT)
• To maintain as point of contact for customers and transporters.
• Liaise with customers and warehouse for shipment planning and job executions
• Knowledgeable in import/export/transshipment procedures for ocean/air shipments.
• Update information into freight management system
• To check and raise invoices as per Company’s objective and deliver to the correct person within the deadlines agreed.
• Cost verification and cost update into system.
• Sending of Pre-alert, POD to clients or agents upon job execution.
• Permit declarations and Sub-cert issuance.
• Provide Sales Support, ensuring the require profit margins as directed by the company are achieved.
• Taking ownership of queries and proactively following through to resolution.
• Responsible for tracking of goods en-route to their destination and ensuring any problems that may arise are resolved so as to avoid delays.
• Maintain proper and systematic filing of documents

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience required
• Knowledge on import and export procedure for both air and sea freight preferred
• Self-motivated, a team player and able to perform in a dynamic environment

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for brand building and implementation of marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL and Online) of assigned brands.
• Responsible for the development of brand assets, point-of-purchase materials, digital marketing content, and other communication collaterals.
• Work with the sales team to develop, plan and execute channel strategies and trade promotions for the key accounts and trade channels to achieve sales objectives.
• Plan and monitor marketing expenditure to review marketing campaign effectiveness.
• To conduct regular market visitations whenever required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma and above, in Marketing, Business Management or related fields.
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Relevant experience in product management preferably in FMCG, health and beauty industries.
• Meticulous, with strong organizational skills

Key Responsibilities

• Support the team on Electro-optics and surveillance systems for preventive and corrective maintenance at sites and vessels

• Update all fault reporting documentation for monthly project meeting

• Liaise with customer for maintenance activities

• Perform in house repair of Electro-Optics equipment

• Perform rotational 24x7 standby services for fault recovery works at various locations

• Able to work offshore and work at height

• Support system setup, testing and installation

• Perform other duties as assigned by superior

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Min ITE certificate / Diploma in electrical / electronic / computer engineering

• Possess Singapore Class 3 driving license

• Experienced in Electro-optics System will be an added advantage
