Conveyancing Executive

· To handle conveyancing matters with experience in CPF works for both private and HDB properties and preparation of documentation on an independent basis.

· To handle e-lodgement

· Possess a good command of spoken and written English

· Well-organised and able to deliver work within the required time frame

· A team player

· Minimum requirement of at least 5 to 6 years’ experience for the Senior Conveyancing Executive

Junior Support Staff for the CPF Team

· To assist the Conveyancing department in support and administrative work

· Well-organised and able to deliver work within the required time frame

· Possess a good command of spoken and written English

· Ability to work well and integrate with an existing CPF team

· Manage the reception area. Upkeep the reception area/meeting rooms, manage meeting room reservation.

· Attend to walk-in clients.

· Minimum 2 year’s relevant experience. Must be computer literate, proficiency in MS Word, Excel and LegalPac.

Job Responsibilities

• Administer the recruitment cycle from drafting and updating of job advertisements, job posting, screening of applicants, arranging for interviews, communicating job offers and on-boarding.
• Administer the off-boarding process, including work-pass cancellations, tax clearance.

• Process payroll including income tax, CPF, NS-Make up pay
• Administer surveys from various ministries.
• Administer emails, phone calls on behalf of HR Department.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years related work experience
• Proficient in MS Office and Info-Tech HR Systems
• Familiar with Employment Act
• Able to Start Immediately is Preferred

Responsibilities:

• Contacting partners, understanding the market supply and demand, searching for LNG international trading opportunities, and executing LNG trading tasks such as concluding deals.
• Ensure smooth LNG delivery operations, including nominating and changing LNG cargo delivery windows, handling LNG specification test reports.
• Collect and analyze international market-related information and data to provide fundamental analysis and support trade structure design for LNG trading decisions.
• Complete the review and negotiation of trade contracts, coordinating with various departments to complete internal and external procedures.
• Ensure compliance in subordinate positions, improve and implement the company's trade risk control system, and ensure that trade operations are risk-controlled for long-term sustainable development.
• Liaise and communicate with the headquarters team in China, execute tasks efficiently, and proactively contribute valuable suggestions and recommendations to support the organization’s goals.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements:

• Possess a minimum of a Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin (speaking, writing, reading, and listening) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers and suppliers.
• No prior experience is required.
• Demonstrate a good working attitude, strong coordination skills and the ability to work with deadlines and under pressure.
• Singaporean preferred.

• Pursue sales and generate opportunities from new customer accounts through marketing efforts
• Accounts servicing
• Follow up on all sales leads in a timely and effective manner
  Maintain good inter-department relationships and procedures as well as to deliver excellent customer service at all times
• Prepare daily sales report and ad-hoc marketing job duties as requested by head of department

Responsibilities

• Facilitating communication and coordination between departments to ensure efficient information flow and timely updates across the organization.
• Performing additional tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Possess at least diploma in Business Management or a related field, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
