Job Responsibility:

• Provide administrative support to accounts, human resource, and logistics departments
• Maintainan efficient office administration system
• Maintain and organise filing system
• Attend internal and external requests,calls and emails
• Attend warehouse deliveries and collections
• Other ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in supporting office administration functions
• Proficient in MS office software (Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint)
• Good English verbal and written communication skills
• able to start work immediately
• possess the desire to ensure a strong administration system to support the team
• able to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced environment
• willing to provide additional administrative support when required
