You will harness the potential of AI in LTA. You will be overseeing the organisation’s AI projects and fostering collaboration to synergize AI efforts across different teams. In addition, you will be involved in leading initiatives to uplift internal AI capabilities and engaging with sectoral and industry partners. Beyond these, You will design, experiment, deploy AI solutions and propel the development of innovative land transport solutions forward.


Requirements:
• Tertiary qualification in a relevant technical field that includes AI
• Strong passion in the latest developments in AI technologies, methodologies, and governance best practices
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with stakeholders and drive alignment on AI strategies
• Strong knowledge in machine learning, deep learning and natural language processing techniques
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and data visualisation tools like Tableau and Power BI
• Experience working with large language models and computer vision is preferred
• Experience with AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and services for AI development and deployment
• Familiarity with data management, relational databases and SQL

• Working Hours: 5.25 days (Monday to Friday: 8.30 am - 5.45 pm, Alternate Sat: 8.30 am - 12.30 pm)
• Salary Package: Up to SGD 4000 + Transport Allowance + Monthly Comm + Variable Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and secure new customer accounts and explore new business opportunities.
• Detect sales shortfalls and collaborate with the manager to develop strategies to address these gaps.
• Keep track of competitor activities and deliver a monthly report.
• Regularly visit customers to gauge their needs and strengthen customer retention and relationships.
• Formulate and implement channel strategies to meet sales goals.
• Generate sales that adhere to assigned targets and monthly performance indicators.
• Plan and carry out promotions in outlets to achieve trade excellence.
• Consistently service stores according to specified coverage.
• Manage Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), debt collection, and address any long-standing issues as necessary.
• Initiate new outlets and respond to sales queries.
• Undertake additional duties as delegated by the superior and the company.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure punctual delivery.
• Oversee and track customer payments.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required.
