Key Responsibility:

Reports

• Responsible in generating and ensuring the accuracy of all monthly/quarterly and/or annually reports that is required by both internal and external stakeholders

Donations in Kind

• Responsible for managing, planning and distributing of all incoming and outgoing donations to both internal and external parties
• Ensure proper documentations are kept up to date for any kind of donations received

Enquiries, Outreach, Office Management & Projects

• Handling of reception duties and attend to clients when needed
• Screen and manage incoming calls, emails and correspondence, handling or delegating when necessary in a timely manner
• Assist social workers with Community Outreach Programmes from time to time
• Effectively manage the usage of meeting rooms within the centre via the shared calendar.
• Liaise, build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, various agencies and approved third party vendors
• Effectively maintain, track and record all electronic devices issued by the relevant agency are kept up to date and tagged to the respective staff
• Responsible for the annually stock taking of fixed assets at various centres
• Lead and work closely with social workers in the planning and execution of any Special Projects

General Affairs

• Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, office supplies, equipment, corporate branding
• Organize office operations and procedures
• Manage contract and price negotiations with external vendors, service providers
• Ensure office efficiency is maintained by carrying out planning and executive of equipment procurement, layouts and office systems
• Assisting in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate to their success
• Prepare and deliver promotional presentations
• Take dictation and minutes of meeting
• Compose and post online contract on the company’s website and social media accounts

Projects

• Performs other duties as assigned, Project management.

Required qualifications and experience:

• Minimum GCE O level or a Diploma in any discipline
• Minimum 2 years of relevant social service experience
• Ability to establish effective working relationship with staff, other agencies and the community
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• Organized and detailed oriented
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• High level verbal and written communication skills
• Discretion and confidentiality
• Exemplary planning and time management skills

Purpose and Scope
The C&S Designer plays a pivotal role in creating and managing 3D models of projects which is crucial to the successful delivery of building projects.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Participate in design and model coordination meetings (for C&S) and review sessions when required
• Enforce BIM strategies, processes and standards, model content and quality control for the discipline/assigned scope of works
• Implement and manage BIM Execution Plan
• Create 3D model content and modelling using specified tools and/or prepare 2D drawings in Revit/AutoCAD as relevant or required
• Generate clash detection report and other relevant reports from 3D models
• To develop documentation for submission to Authorities including BIM e-submission
• Archival of 3D models, prepare user handover and related documentation
• Drawing production from 3D models and administer 3D models/drawings distribution to relevant users in compliance with stipulated procedures
• Coordinate and liaise with project/construction team on submissions, updates or changes, and checking for clashes with other disciplines (Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical etc..)
• Any other duties assigned from time to time

Qualification, Skills and Experience:

• Diploma/ Higher Nitec from any discipline related to consultancy design and construction works.
• Experience in consultancy design and construction works.
• Knowledge and Skilled in using BIM tools for design / construction documentation.
• Able to use BIM tools to perform drawing and design work.
• Possesses good interpersonal skills for BIM coordination and collaborative processes. Passionate in BIM model creation.

Responsibilities:

Primary Role

• Achievement of school enrolment and store revenue budget of music school (branch)
• Teachers’ management and administration (more than 50 teachers full and part-time)
• Activity planning including trial lessons, open house, performances, PTMS, students’ orientation etc
• Studio and facilities management

Secondary Role

• Work with respective product managers to ensure branding, A&P and sales activities.
• Supervision in provision of quality customer service through training and coaching of staff and engaging.
• CRM Management – Reviewing of leads generation and follow-up prospecting for customer.
• Plan, manage and organize area market events and activities in-store
• Manage and oversee store inventory to ensure optimal stock levels for display and sale.
• Overseeing proper cash register management and administrative matters and documentation processes with relevant department
• Perform any adhoc duties or projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma graduate preferred
• Experience in similar or service related industry preferred (enrichment centers)
• Retail sales experience is not mandatory

Reporting to the Director, the Operations Executive candidate is to manage projects assigned and is competent on the following:

- to supervise the well being and performance of the staffs managed under the Operations Executive

- to liaise with clients on their business needs, plan the necessary schedule and supervise the execution.
