• Working Hours: 5 days, Mon - Fri (7.45AM – 4.45PM) – Hybrid Working Arrangement
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Material planning and procurement
• Responsible to review RFQ, stock status and customer demand.
• Raise Purchase Requisition and subsequently issue Purchase Order to supplier upon receipt of customer’s PO.
• Follow up with supplier to ensure correct parts are shipped out from supplier on time.
• Process customer’s order and ensure that parts are delivered to customer on time.
• Establish good rapport with MRO supplier; and at the same time provide excellent customer service to MRO customer.
• Timely feedback of procurement and order processing issues to immediate Superior.
• Compile and maintain records of quantity, cost, and type of material received, storage and issued out.
• Reconcile information on material requisition, invoice, and shipping notice to material receipt or issuance to verify accuracy of stock.
• Report & review rejected material together with Business Manager & MRO supplier.
• Generate biweekly/ monthly report.

Responsibles:

a) Drive the planning and development of clinical services initiatives and programmes

b) Assist in the crafting of strategies, set up operational processes and workflow designs

c) Execute a coordinating role with associated business units and partners to achieve project progress or milestones within the stipulated timeline.

d) Provide operations support in clinical projects implementation, including tracking of deliverables and outcomes.

f) Support the planning on various projects and events

e) Provide the necessary administrative and secretariat support to assigned portfolios
