Position Overview

The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. Key Responsibilities

3. Cross-Border HR Management

1. Support the core software development team in Vietnam, ensuring consistency in HR policies and practices across regions.

3. Ensure compliance with Vietnam labour laws and regulations, in collaboration with local HR partners or consultants.

4. Talent Development and Retention

1. Design and implement learning and development programs to upskill employees and prepare them for future roles.

3. Partner with team leads to identify high-potential talent and create personalized development plans.

5. HR Data and Analytics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in HR roles, including recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance.
