Business Development Executive (F&B Industry)

• Working days: 5.5 days work week
• Working hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm
• Salary: $3000 to $4000 + Car Allowance $1200 + Commission (quarterly) + AWS (Dec) + Bonus (June)
• Location: Senoko S Rd

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing new prospects and maintaining existing accounts in the Food Service/ HORECA channels.
• Identify leads and develop strong business relationship with customers
• Maintaining of good rapport with existing customers
• Responsible for driving growth and achievement of monthly sales target
• Managing customer’s account receivables to ensure timely and prompt payment
• Monitor current trends in the industry with competitors and market activities

Requirements

• Min. Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
• Min. 1-3 years of relevant Business Development / Sales experience in F&B industry (Preferred in Food Service Channels)
• Driving license with own Transport is a must to perform customer visits

Job Description:

• Client management and sales – client prospecting to identify their needs and creating suitable proposals and quotations that meet their requirements
• Client communication and relationship management - providing timely follow-up with clients via phone, email, virtual and in-person meetings to handle objections and negotiations
• Be accountable for increasing revenue and securing sales to achieve sales targets
• Provide professional customer service, client support and recommendations
• Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
• Proposal writing, quotation, invoicing and payments
• Events planning and coordination – liaising with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure creation of a successful event programme
• Assist in refining company’s sales strategy and processes
• Collaborate with Marketing team to suggest new marketing strategies and promotions

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of experience in corporate sales (events and/or hospitality sales will be preferred)
• Meticulous and great attention to details
• Highly organized with good time management skills
• Strong communication skills – verbal, written and presentations
• Able to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Proactive and can solve problems independently
• Work well with others as a good team player
• Demonstrate a high level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information appropriately
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace applications (i.e. Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc)
• Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Zoho, Hubspot, etc) is a bonus

• Total Salary Compensation = Basic Salary + Sales Commission
• Basic Salary Range: SGD 3000 to SGD 4500 per month depending on qualifications & experience

• Meet sales targets and support the growth of various brands and product ranges.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals in hospital settings (both restructured public and private) by offering tailored solutions based on our extensive product portfolio.
• Provide relevant education to healthcare practitioners in hospital settings (both restructured public and private) on the uses and benefits of the company’s products.
• Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and presentations for clients and staff.

Requirements:

• Degree in Life Sciences/Healthcare/Nursing/Biomedical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 2 years of sales, business development, or product management experience in Healthcare industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
