Human Resource Executive – 5.5 day week -Singaporeans only

• Collaborate closely with HR team and related departments to deliver a full spectrum of HR services to the assigned departments.

• Provide guidance to Line Managers on performance management related matters, resolve ER issues and address grievances, training & development, payroll matter

• Participate in leadership meetings and proactively provide inputs to the development of business and operational plans/ initiatives.

• Work effectively and achieve synergies in various processes concerning performance appraisal exercises, mass salary reviews and bonus exercises, recognition and development award nominations, budget exercises etc.

• Monitor and report on manpower and succession planning.

• Develop a keen understanding of business/ function needs and objectives, analyse trends and metrics so as to provide effective HR solutions to the stakeholders.

• Proactively identify gaps in the existing processes, propose and drive changes necessary to establish good HR practices.

Requirements

· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.

· At least 2 year(s) of relevant working experience

As the HR Manager focusing on project work, you will be responsible for delivering key HR initiatives, ensuring that they are completed on time and within scope. Key Responsibilities:

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of HR related work experience, with a proven track record in managing HR projects.
• Good knowledge of local employment laws
• Work experience in a Social Service Agency is an advantage
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team

You will be responsible for supporting the implementation of talent acquisition (TA) programmes with the objective of building a talented and diverse workforce pipeline that aligns with our client's goals and values. Your key responsibilities include supporting talent acquisition initiatives in the areas of Pre-Service Sponsorships, Scholarships, and Internships.

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the following:

• Support the offer-to-end activities for pre-service sponsorship and scholarship programmes. This includes preparation of benefit computations, offer letters, bond deeds, follow up of necessary documentations and clearance, administration of the programmes (including allowance, tuition fee & award pay-outs, invoices), and reporting.
• Support the end-to-end activities for internship programmes. This includes recruitment (internship postings, screening & selection of candidates, offer & acceptance, onboarding), administration of the programme (including processing of timesheets and salary payout), and reporting
• Work collaboratively with both internal stakeholders and external partners in the development and delivery of the our client's initiatives
• Represent the client at career fairs and networking events
• Regular review and improvement on workflow processes & procedures
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
