Responsibilities

• Foster strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Facilitate sales, including logistics, insurance, financing and service arrangements.
• Oversee showroom operations and product maintenance.

Skills Required

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Levels required.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.

Other Requirements

• Valid Class 3 driving license is advantageous.
• Team player with positive work attitude.
• Prior experience in automotive industry will be an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Update invoices and other accounting documents or records.

· Update and maintain accounting records detailing financial business transactions (e.g., disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable).

· Compile data and prepare a variety of reports.

· Reconciles records employees and management, or external vendors or customers.

· Maintenance of worker payroll including the calculating of CPF and generating of payslips

· Monitoring the accounts receivables and payables to ensure that all invoices are paid on timely basis

· Preparing checks, deposits.

Requirements:

· Need to work from 1pm to 830 pm daily to meet staff who started work after 6pm for their payroll issue

· Experience as accounting executive

· Knowledge of Payroll is advantages

· Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is an asset.

· Organized and efficient with an eye for detail and high level of accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for logistic administration including data entry into system, ensure data accuracy and issuance of Purchase Order
• Coordinate with overseas vendors, clients, freight forwarders and third-party logistics providers to manage logistics operations
• Maintenance of records of procurement, sales activities and business contracts
• Liaise with freight forwarders and suppliers on matters related to shipment
• Resolution of shipment and inventory issues
• Liaise with Quality Control team for verification of Certificates of Analysis (COA) and specifications
• Arrange SFA inspections for export shipments and collect phytosanitarty
• Data entry, filling and maintenance of shipment schedules, quotes, invoices and other documentation
• Dispatch original export and direct shipping documents to clients, ensuring timely delivery for customs clearance
• Adhere to shipping, receiving and regulatory compliance procedures
• Provide administrative and office management support whenever required

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in logistics environment
• Customer service oriented and meticulous
• Experienced in shipment and processing export for F&B products
• Experienced in Microsoft NAV software will be an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
