HR Manager, ($4,000 to $5,000 Monthly)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee monthly payroll processing and ensure compliance with local employment regulations.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations & company policies.
- Maintain accurate personnel records by having a filing and retrieval system.
- Responsible for office administrative duties.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore’s employment laws, regulations, and taxation requirements.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Process end-to-end payroll for Company with a headcount of around 50 including submission of monthly CPF taxes, statutory payments and ensure timely and accurate compensation.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations by managing administrative tasks. Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and contractors to ensure efficient office operations.
- Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies in alignment with Bizsafe standards to cultivate a proactive culture of health and safety, ensuring a secure and compliant workplace for all employees.
- Prepare regular HR reports, including employee turnover, absenteeism, and other metrics. Analyze HR data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Assist the Sales team in preparing detailed sales and service quotations for clients.
- Provide pre-sales and after-sales support by working closely with the Sales, Service, and overseas teams to address customer needs and inquiries.
- Process sales orders efficiently to ensure smooth operations across departments.
- Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations for foreign employees, ensuring adherence to government regulations.
- Handle administrative tasks such as payroll processing, leave management, and attendance tracking.
Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess a Diploma from a polytechnic in Singapore or a Degree in Administration Management, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a similar field from a reputable institution.
2. Good command in English and Chinese.
3. A minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
4. Organized and able to follow structured work procedures at work
5. Must have at least 2 years of working experience in the manufacturing sectors.
6. Comfortable with HRM and office software (Microsoft Works and Excel).
7. Pleasant personality, impeccable integrity, responsible, responsive and able to work under pressure.
8. Proficiency in Excel and other Office applications is a requirement.
9. Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
10. Experience with work pass applications, foreign worker regulations, and office administration is preferred.
11. Strong understanding of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
Willingness to travel to construction sites and work in both office and field environments.
