JOB SCOPE

A) Key Responsibilities

1. Process staff claims and payments to vendors.

2. Prepare bank reconciliations and schedules for month-end closing and year-end

audit

3. Perform Fixed Asset recording for timely recognition of purchases, transfers and

disposals of fixed assets.

4. Assist with annual Fixed Asset physical verification exercise and participate in

system enhancements and other work process improvement projects

5. Other duties as required/assigned by the immediate supervisor

B) Requirements

1. Minimum qualification of Diploma in Accounting or equivalent with at least 5 years

of relevant working experience.

2. Meticulous, mature and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office.

4. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties:

· Social Media Management: Create and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

· Digital Campaigns: Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising, email marketing, and influencer partnerships.

· Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging content for various channels, including blog posts, social media graphics and reels, newsletters, and website copy and visuals aligned with our brand messaging and target audience.

· SEO and SEM: Optimise content for search engines (SEO) and manage search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.

· Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyse the performance of digital marketing efforts, providing regular reports for future strategies and campaign optimisations.

Job Requirements:

· Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing

· Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Social Media platforms Ads and SEO/SEM tools

· Photography and videography creation as well as post production is a plu

· Knowledge of WordPress & Canva

• Perform genenal clerical dutiies to include but not limited to : Photocopying, emailing, mailing and filing.

• Handle Staff's payroll processing, leaves, application of Visa & training and employee relations.

• Handle invoices from Suppliers, Petty Cash, CPF submission, other submission of Government / MOM claims and related surveys

• Assist in office administration, research pricing, purchase and maintain office inventory.

• Maintain and keep records of hardcopy and electric filing system.

• Handle shipments arrival and arrangement with logistic companies.

• Handle ERP sales, purchase, and inventory closing works.

• Support and assist of accounting closing.

• Any other duties assinged duties by the management and headquaters (Korea).

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.Ensure transactions comply with accounting standards and organizational policies.
• Process vendor invoices and manage payments in a timely manner. Oversee customer invoicing, collections, and account reconciliations.
• Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets.Track actual expenditures against budgets and report variances.
• Prepare and file tax returns in adherence to local, state, and federal regulations. Stay updated on tax law changes and ensure compliance.
• Develop and maintain effective financial controls to safeguard company assets.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or above in accounting, finance or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Hands on experience in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks ).
• Microsoft Office software skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
