JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage the recruitment process, from posting job openings to interviewing candidates, and coordinate the onboarding of new employees
• Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing concerns and helping to resolve workplace issues in a fair and effective manner
• Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems, ensuring regular feedback and evaluations are conducted
• Identify training needs and organize professional development programs to enhance employee skills and growth within the organization
• Ensure the organization complies with labor laws and regulations, and update internal policies as needed to remain compliant
• Develop initiatives to improve employee engagement, morale, and workplace culture, such as organizing team-building activities or recognition programs
• Maintain accurate HR records, generate reports on key HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, absenteeism), and provide insights to management
• Monitor workplace health and safety standards, ensuring employees are aware of safety protocols and regulations
• Address and mediate conflicts between employees or between employees and management to ensure a harmonious working environment

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead, develop, and execute HR strategies and initiatives in alignment with the headquarters' requirements and overall business objectives.

• At least 5 years in the Semiconductor or Manufacturing industry with exposure to HR functions like Compensation & Benefits, Training, and compliance with Singapore employment laws.
• Skills: Proficient in HR systems, databases, and practices; hands-on approach with strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Competencies: Proven track record as an HR Manager or Executive, capable of developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and strategies.
• Familiarity with Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) requirements is a must

Human Resource Officer – 5.5 day week -Singaporeans only

• Collaborate closely with HR team and related departments to deliver a full spectrum of HR services to the assigned departments.

• Provide guidance to Line Managers on performance management related matters, resolve ER issues and address grievances, training & development, payroll matter

• Participate in leadership meetings and proactively provide inputs to the development of business and operational plans/ initiatives.

• Work effectively and achieve synergies in various processes concerning performance appraisal exercises, mass salary reviews and bonus exercises, recognition and development award nominations, budget exercises etc.

• Monitor and report on manpower and succession planning.
