As the HR Manager focusing on project work, you will be responsible for delivering key HR initiatives, ensuring that they are completed on time and within scope. You will work closely with the management and HR team to align HR projects with company goals and drive continuous improvement across the HR function. This role requires project management skill sets, alongside HR expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage HR projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, ensuring efficient execution.
- Partner with HR team members to implement HR initiatives (e.g., employee engagement, talent acquisition, and staff benefits and wellness).
- Manage and monitor project budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, legal requirements, and best practices throughout all projects.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and recommend HR solutions to enhance business performance.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, acting as a trusted advisor on HR-related project matters.
- Analyse project outcomes and provide insights as required.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of HR related work experience, with a proven track record in managing HR projects.
- Good knowledge of local employment laws
- Work experience in a Social Service Agency is an advantage
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
