ROLE SUMMARY

The Human Resources Executive supports all aspects of the HR Department. He/She must possess strong HR generalist competencies and be the go-to person for all employee-related issues.

The scope of work will involve administering the full spectrum of HR’s day-to-day functions and support the HR Leader/s in strategic HR management, organization development and HR relationships with internal and external stakeholders. KEY FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

· Proactively keeps up to date with the regular changes in labour regulations and HR practices/new ideas to ensure the HR policies and procedures are well communicated and in compliance with labour laws.
