This role responsible for inventory management and inventory control in Accounting System and Warehouse.

Job Description:

1. Responsible for Company’s inventory management and maintenance.

2. Responsible for monitoring stock movements and maintenance at third party locations.

3. Responsible for managing the physical loading, unloading, storage of inventory and picking / packing when required.

4. Ensure compliance with inventory control processes with respect to movement of stock, item planning and control, re-order level, monitoring of non-moving items, timely discarding of approved scrap items.

5. Responsible for appropriate classification, segregation and maintenance of stock in designated areas.

6. Ensure appropriate documentation is maintained, referenced and filed.

7. Ensure compliance with inventory related updating in Accounting System.

12. Responsible for daily & monthly MIS reports to the stakeholders on regular basis and as per the requests by the concerned department as and when required.

Job Description:
-Optimize product listings to drive sales and improve visibility on platforms like Shopee, TikTok, Shopify, Redmart, Lazada, and NTUC.
-Monitor performance metrics (ROI) and run promotions to boost sales and visibility.
-Execute SEO and SEM strategies to increase organic and paid traffic.
-Manage email marketing, social media campaigns, and paid ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
-Assist in pricing strategies, product launches, and promotional activities.
-Track campaign performance and ROI, making adjustments to improve conversion rates and sales.
-Support the e-commerce website to ensure an optimized user experience, driving conversions through SEO best practices.
-Monitor and optimize digital marketing results to maximize ROI.
-Coordinate social media campaigns to boost brand visibility and engagement.
-Assist in planning and participating in livestream sessions to engage customers and drive sales.
-Monitor competitors' strategies and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization.
-Conduct research on customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends to stay competitive.

Requirement:
-Proven 1-2 years of experience in trade marketing, brand management, or similar roles.
-Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and ROI analysis.
-Experience managing e-commerce platforms like Shopee, TikTok, Shopify, and Lazada.
-Strong skills in data analysis, online advertising, SEO, digital marketing, and social media management.
-Ability to interpret data to track and improve ROI.
-Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
-Familiarity with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing platforms, and SEO/SEM tools.
-Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
-Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Process monthly payroll and overtime payments.
• Handle employee work pass applications and cancellations
• Manage the onboarding and offboarding process
• Assist with recruitment activities such as posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Ensure timely tax clearance for employees.
• Manage insurance claims for employees, including medical and accident claims.
• Perform other HR-related tasks or projects as required.
• Issue uniforms to new employees during onboarding and manage uniform inventory.
• Perform general office administrative duties such as filing, organizing, and managing office supplies and stock.
