• Provide courteous and efficient service in the breakfast lounge.
• Prepare and present breakfast as per standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge area in accordance with food safety and hygiene standards
• Manage food inventory and supplies, including ordering and restocking as needed.
• Respond to guests’ complaints, requests, and inquiries efficiently and tactfully.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.
• Be familiar with Serviced Residence facilities and functions, and assist with property event or activities when needed.
• Maintain a well-groomed appearance and a tidy work area, upholding the highest standard of personal grooming.
• Cook and/or prepare simple food items for breakfast.
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as dishwashing, and sweeping and mopping the breakfast lounge.
• Undertake any other duties assigned by superiors diligently and professionally.

Financial Closing

• He/She will prepare journals such as bank charges, merchant fees, bank revaluation every month end closing.

Bank Reconciliation

• He/She will perform minimally 25 bank reconciliations on monthly basis. He/She ensures reconciling items are properly explained, follow-up with relevant stakeholders within a reasonable timeline and with less guidance needed.

Documentation of key process and controls

• He/She will update process and controls on quarterly basis by actively looking for improvement in workflow with a view of minimising control weakness, whilst improving efficiency and ensuring accuracy and integrity in the reconciliations. If there is any inspection, he/she will play the key support member for bank reconciliation to assist internal auditors or second line of defence.

Audit

• He/She will assist his/her reporting line for external and internal audit in relation to bank reconciliations.

Job Requirements: Min Degree in Accountancy or similar w min 2-3 yrs of relevant accounting experience, preferably in financial institutions
