• Actively work with the Operational shift in-charge by providing expert advice, input, and direction in order to respond to dynamic changes during the shift; actively review allocation plans and make recommendations as to whether replacement or over-time is required. Requirements

• Minimum N/O level equivalent
• 4-5 years of experience (of which at least 2 years in a Supervisory Role) in a Ground handling/Airline industry or resource allocation experience in another industry
• Must have excellent analytical skills and planning skills for Rostering, Over Time Planning and Leave administration
• Previous experience of and proficiency in using existing decision support systems in use for Resources
• Allocation is desirable distinct advantage

This position works under the direct supervision of the Resource Coordination Specialist or Public Affairs Officer (PAO) designee and is the Public Diplomacy (PD) locally employed (LE) Staff responsible for managing all administrative aspects of the PD Section.

Main Responsibilities:

• Supports Established Opinion Leaders (EOL), Emerging Voices (EV), and Strategic Content Coordination (SCC) specialists and assistants for exchanges and other public engagement programs and activities.
• Supports grants administration; tracks and collaborates on PD budgets and expenditures.
