The National University of Singapore invites applications for a Research Fellow in the Human Potential Translational Research Programme (HPTRP), Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine. The HPTRP brings together researchers from a wide range of disciplines with an interest to maximise human potential. In HPTRP, we aim to adopt a holistic perspective that considers human potential as an integrative measure of health, productivity, performance, human capital and overall well-being over the lifespan, in our environment. Purpose of the post

The Research Fellow (RF) will plan and execute research studies to better understand the impact of environmental heat stress on various populations. The successful candidate will be responsible to, and work with, the Principal Investigator (PI) to ensure the successful and timely completion of the project.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate include but are not limited to:

1. Working closely with the PI to develop new research ideas, write up and present project proposals;
2. Designing research protocols and planning data collection strategies, guided by literature reviews and best practices;
3. Leading and training teams comprising Research Assistant(s), Students etc in the conduct of laboratory- and field-based research;
4. Establishing and managing databases;

Security Assessment, Planning, and Control
