Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor systems and infrastructure
• Install, configure, test, and maintain OS, software, and system tools.
• Ensure system availability and performance optimization.
• Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement fixes.
• Maintain security, backup, redundancy, and BCP strategies.
• Participate in the design of operational support systems .
• Collaborate with vendors and IT teams for issue resolution.
• Manage VMware environment and support cloud Microsoft Azure & RedHat Linux
• Provide support for HPE and Hitachi environments.
• Provide 24/7 support, including on-call rotation (1 week/month).

Requirements:

• Diploma/bachelor’s in computer science or equivalent.
• 5+ years’ experience with VMware vCenter, security technologies, system monitoring, backup & recovery.
• Knowledge of Windows Server OS, AD, DNS, GPO, Clustering, and SAN storage (Hitachi Virtual Storage Platform is a plus) .
