1. Role Description

This position reports directly to the CEO and interfaces closely with our Administrative and HR department. Parklab will train him/her to become a proficient individual under versatile environment. 2. Specific Responsibilities

• Full set of accounts
• Submission of GST
• ARs and APs
• Accounting of petty cash
• Issuance of tax invoice
• Reporting of P&L and balance sheet
• Any bank related matters
• Financial advisory

3. Competencies

1. Learn to work with the accountant and the CEO to deliver the full financial report on a yearly basis.

2. Submission of GST to IRAS

3. Gain experience with Human Resources Online Systems (LMS / Payroll) and Accounting System.

• Handle general office tasks and administrative duties
• Directing communication betwwen colleagus and customers, organizing schedules and events, entering data, bookeping, maintaining office equipments and so on.
• Enales teams to be focused on their goals and prepared for anything that comes their way.
• Responsible for the work of the human resources department
